What We Do

Our mission here in Strathroy is to give youth a community, a place where they can find safety, hope and belonging – no matter their story. We want them to feel seen, heard and valued for who they are, to know that they are unique and that’s amazing. This can look like giving them meals, food boxes to take home, having showers and laundry available if needed, helping them access mental health services, navigate the justice system, giving them a bed to sleep in, advocating for them, or just being a listening ear.

We often say that we help with anything from homework to homelessness, and everything in between.

From the Youth:

“I can’t stress this enough when I say this is a place for teens and young adults alike; it gives kids who are struggling (or not) a place of comfort, warmth, new friends, and in some cases, they become family.”

“In a society that lacks social interaction, community, and belonging, Frank’s gives all of those things to me along with many others.”

“Frank’s has changed more lives than you’ll ever realize. They’ve made people feel seen, safe, and valued – not with grand gestures, but with the simple honesty of giving your heart. They’ve reminded us all that goodness doesn’t shout; it listens, it helps, it stays.”

“From the bottom of my heart, thank you. The world shines a little brighter because Frank’s is in it.”
